In this pivotal role, you will be the steward of our service delivery within your designated state. Your primary responsibilities will include cultivating and nurturing client partnerships, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness across a portfolio of sites. You will oversee the daily operations, conducting inspections and managing teams to ensure all contractual service levels are not only met but exceeded, while simultaneously championing a safe and positive work environment. A key component of this role is the proactive identification and pursuit of new revenue opportunities to drive further growth. The main responsibilities of the role will be; Owning the performance and client satisfaction for a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts. Acting as the main client contact, resolving issues and answering questions quickly and effectively. Performing regular site inspections to audit quality and pinpoint opportunities for improvement. Working with internal teams to schedule staff and allocate resources efficiently. Developing plans to increase client retention and grow your accounts. Reporting on account performance using key data and client insights. Keeping ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate our service. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: A minimum of five years' experience within the commercial cleaning sector. At least three years dedicated to a client-facing account management role, directly overseeing commercial cleaning portfolios. Exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrated by a capacity to cultivate trusted client partnerships. Superior organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize effectively and deliver on commitments. A documented history of exceeding client expectations and enhancing satisfaction levels. Working knowledge of industry-standard cleaning methodologies, equipment, and occupational health and safety regulations. Advanced competency in the Microsoft Office suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. A proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
