About the Role We're looking for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to be part of a leasing team that actually has fun doing great work. You'll guide landlords and tenants through the leasing process - with confidence, care, and a support structure that lets you focus on what matters. What You'll Be Doing Conducting property viewings and open homes across the Gold Coast Screening and qualifying prospective tenants Preparing and processing tenancy applications Negotiating lease terms on behalf of landlords Maintaining and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Collaborating with the property management team to ensure seamless handovers Qualifications & Experience Valid Real Estate Certificate or Registration (or willingness to obtain) Valid Australian Driver's Licence Genuine care for clients and a desire to make a positive impact Excellent written and verbal communication skills Cloud-based software experience (Inspect Real Estate) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Previous leasing or sales experience in real estate (preferred) High energy, confident communicator who loves working with people Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule Results-driven with a competitive but collaborative mindset Why Housemark?
