About the role Impel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at our Australia. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving growth and identifying new business opportunities for our organisation. As Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and developing new revenue streams. Key responsibilities Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities and potential markets aligned with Impel's strategic objectives Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and secure new client relationships Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management Conduct presentations and pitch proposals to potential clients, clearly articulating value propositions and solutions Negotiate contracts and terms with new clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery Monitor and report on business development metrics, pipeline progress and revenue forecasts What we're looking for Proven track record of success in new business development, sales or account management roles, ideally within a B2B environment Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities and convert them into profitable business Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal Preferred relevant Automotive industry experience or knowledge would be advantageous What we offer Impel is committed to fostering a workplace where talented individuals can thrive and achieve their full potential.
