About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with recognised brand, where you can take ownership of your own territory and directly influence sales growth. This is a hands-on, field-based role combining sales, customer service, and product delivery, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road and building strong relationships. Based across the Gold Coast, you will manage existing accounts while identifying new opportunities, delivering automotive battery products, and driving performance across your territory. You will enjoy the autonomy to develop your territory while representing iconic brands and providing reliable, high - quality service to customers. The key responsibilities of the role, whilst not limited to, are as follows: Directly selling and delivering products to customers while identifying new business opportunities Achieving volume and revenue targets in line with sales plans and route schedules Operating a mobile point-of-sale system and accurately completing all paperwork Managing truck stock levels and ensuring compliance with company procedures Supporting the introduction of new products and promotions, including effective merchandising and point-of-sale placement About You To be successful in this role, you must possess the following key competencies: MR/LR Licence ( Preferred) Being service driven and able to work unsupervised. The ability to build strong relationships with customers. Previous sales and customer service experience; Attention to detail with paperwork and inventory control. Route planning experience with the ability to manage inventory on your truck as well as in the warehouse; The ability to lift heavy automotive batteries regularly Strict Occupational Health & Safety Awareness The ability to pro-actively participate in any ideas for improvement across the sales and distribution network; Be consistent and reliable In return We offer a competitive base salary base plus attractive commission opportunities.
