Guitar Sales Manager – Australia and New Zealand Eastman Music Australia Australia-based | Full-time | Travel required Eastman Music Australia is seeking a passionate, motivated, and highly professional Sales Manager to represent Eastman Guitars and Bourgeois Guitars throughout Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for growing and supporting our guitar business across by working directly with our dealer network, visiting stores, developing relationships, organizing promotional events, and representing two of the world’s most respected acoustic guitar brands. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of guitars and the music retail market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with dealers, artists, and customers. Key Responsibilities Represent Eastman Guitars and Bourgeois Guitars throughout Australia. Develop and maintain strong relationships with guitar dealers and retail partners. Visit stores regularly to support sales staff, provide product knowledge, and help drive sell-through. Organize and attend in-store events, clinics, demonstrations, and promotional activities. Work closely with dealers to support marketing, merchandising, product placement, and brand visibility. Communicate dealer feedback, market trends, and sales opportunities Support product launches, special promotions, and artist/dealer initiatives. Ideal Candidate Passionate about acoustic guitars, music, and the guitar retail business. Experienced in sales, dealer relations, wholesale distribution, or music retail. Comfortable traveling throughout Australia and New Zealand to visit dealers and attend events. Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Professional, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Knowledge of Eastman and/or Bourgeois guitars is a plus. Established relationships within the music retail community are important.
