You will be the first real interaction most prospects have with eCom Capital. Not a script-reader. Not someone waiting for leads to convert themselves. Someone who qualifies fast, builds pipeline relentlessly, and hands our Account Executives conversations worth having. What You Will Own Qualifying inbound leads from webinars, events, and marketing campaigns before they ever reach an Account Executive Running outbound prospecting to build pipeline that doesn't depend on marketing alone Booking qualified sales calls and owning the handover to AEs Logging every touchpoint in the CRM so no lead is ever a mystery to the next person who picks it up Hitting weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets, without needing to be chased Feeding insight back to marketing on what prospects are actually saying, objecting to, and asking for What Strong Looks Like The pipeline never runs dry. Account Executives trust that the calls on their calendar are worth showing up for. Leads get contacted fast, not eventually. When a campaign underperforms, you're one of the first people who can say why, because you were the one talking to prospects. You are not waiting for leads to be handed to you in a tidy state. You are chasing, qualifying, and disqualifying fast, because a clean pipeline is worth more than a big one. Who We Are Looking For You have worked in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales development role and you have hit targets doing it. Ecommerce or coaching/education industry experience is a plus, not a requirement. You understand: How to qualify a lead in minutes, not weeks How to handle objections on the phone without a script carrying you The discipline of a CRM used properly, not just opened occasionally The difference between activity and output, and why only one of them gets rewarded here You are coachable. You take feedback and adjust immediately, not defensively. You are also genuinely curious about ecommerce and what makes founders succeed, because prospects can tell the difference between someone reading a pitch and someone who gets it.
