Role Requirements The opportunity has become available for a permanent part-time Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will need: A current and valid Working with Children Check - can be applied for if you don't currently have one Excellent communication and computer skills in all Microsoft Office systems Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a systematic manner and work autonomously Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking Experience with Kidsoft or a CCS program would be an advantage Ability to prioritise a heavy workload and manage a busy, fast-paced environment with a smile and positive attitude. Key Role Responsibilities This role will be part-time around 20-25 hours per week. It will involve reception duties, overseeing all admin functions and assisting with childcare centre operations where required. Managing all enquires through Line Leader, phone queries, and entering new parent enrolments as well as responding to social media requests. Work across both Tugun and Varsity Lakes campuses Managing centre wait lists through Line Leader and maintaining accurate and up to date class and waiting lists. Account management regarding Direct Debit and fee payments Answering the phone and attending to parent queries as required Booking in families for centre tours Filing of documentation Provide support to Centre Manager and the team where required.
