Campus Administrator – Middle and Senior Years Full-time | Permanent |Monday to Friday Applications Close: 8 June 2026 We are seeking a Campus Administrator to join our College, this role plays a vital part in supporting the Administration operation of our Middle and Senior Years Campus. This is a varied and data driven role suited to someone who enjoys working across administration, operations, student data, academic processes and systems coordination. Working closely with the Head of Academic Staffing and broader campus leadership team, this role is central to the coordination of daily organisation, timetabling support, academic administration, student reporting processes and operational scheduling. The successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational capability and confidence working with data and administrative systems. Position Description and Application Criteria As the Campus Administrator , you will support a range of responsibilities, including: Coordinating the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the Middle and Senior Years Campus, ensuring effective support across campus activities, communications and scheduling. Supporting daily organisation, including staff absences, relief coordination, timetable adjustments and operational staffing processes to maintain smooth campus operations. Assisting with timetabling, academic administration and reporting processes, including examinations, assessment schedules, student achievement data and compliance-related requirements. Maintaining accurate student, timetable and academic data across College systems, generating reports and supporting data integrity, compliance and operational reporting requirements. We’re looking for someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage competing priorities Has exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail working with data, systems and administrative processes Has strong ICT capability and confidence working across databases, reporting systems and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of, or experience working with, school-based systems such as Timetabler, Daily Organiser, Synergetic and Schoolbox will be highly regarded and should be noted with application.
