About the Role Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be the single source of truth for workforce deployment across the business. Working closely with Project Managers and Service & Minor Works Managers, you will ensure the right people are assigned to the right work at the right time while maintaining high levels of workforce utilisation, compliance and customer responsiveness. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily and weekly deployment of all trade personnel across projects and service operations Coordinate workforce allocation based on competencies, licences, availability and project requirements Maintain a rolling forward workforce plan and proactively identify upcoming resource constraints Respond to changing project priorities, reactive works and operational requirements Facilitate weekly resource planning meetings and stakeholder coordination Monitor workforce utilisation and provide management reporting and recommendations Ensure licence, training and competency requirements are met before deployment Maintain workforce scheduling records and real-time visibility through digital platforms Support onboarding, workforce administration and trade resource management activities Act as the primary contact point for reactive service work requests About You You are a natural organiser who enjoys balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships across the business.
