You'll work directly with the founder and team to keep everything moving. Some days are admin-heavy. Some are customer-focused. Some are logistics. Some are reactive — where things don't go to plan and need to be solved. What You'll Own Customer communication (calls email) Customer service experience is preferred but not required Orders, invoicing, and admin Supplier coordination and logistics Stock and international shipments General problem solving across the business Occasional support with marketing/admin tasks What Matters Most We care more about attitude and ownership than a perfect CV. You must be: Reliable — you follow things through Detail-focused — small mistakes matter Proactive — you don't wait to be told everything Practical — you get things done Calm under pressure — things can move quickly Have a minimum of 1-2 years administrative or office experience This Role is NOT for someone who: Needs structure every day Prefers predictable work Needs constant direction Wants a purely admin or purely marketing role Key Details 30–35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Based in our Elanora home office (small team) Occasional light hands-on tasks (1–2 hrs/week) Pay based on experience and ability to operate independently Australian citizenship or permanent residency required Important The first 1–2 months are about learning systems, processes, and how we operate.
