A role with unique responsibilities Working as part of our Centre of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery team, our Patient Services Coordinators and Nursing Team Administrators play a vital role at Monash IVF Group. With exceptional service, underpinned by compassion and attention to detail, you will directly enhance the patient experience—either as the first point of contact for patients visiting our clinic, or by providing dedicated administrative support to our Nursing team. We currently have various opportunities available across both patient-facing and nursing administration streams. Under guidance from the Nurse Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional administrative support with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Managing patient bookings and monitoring clinic appointments Triaging incoming calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses Creating and maintaining accurate patient records Supporting the Nursing team with administrative tasks (where applicable) Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, as required Scanning, filing, and archiving documentation Providing general administrative support across the clinic Delivering a caring, patient-centric experience at all times Are you the ideal candidate for us? You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
