The role is responsible for providing a range of efficient reception and administration tasks that always ensures an outstanding level of customer service. Sarah, joined our Queensland Airports Pty Ltd (QAL) as an Administration Assistant in our Assets and Environment team in 2018, Sarah shares her unique experience working at QAL below: “I joined QAL in the Assets and environment team while looking for an Electrical apprenticeship to pursue my interest in Electrotechnology. Not only did I receive the opportunity to complete an electrical apprenticeship, I was also given training opportunities which resulted in me finding my current position within the team. QAL run many differently innovate programs for employees who are wanting to learn and progress their career. You will make an impact by delivering a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience, ensuring reception runs smoothly and efficiently each day. By providing high-quality administrative support, managing enquiries and maintaining organised office systems, you will enable teams to focus on their work while receiving excellent service. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, contribute to a positive workplace culture and identify opportunities to improve processes, supporting continuous improvement across the office.
