About the Role: As a Remote Administration Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the business by: Managing emails, correspondence, and internal communication across the team Coordinating schedules, appointments, and calendars for directors and staff Supporting client communication, follow-ups, and general enquiries Assisting with employee communication and operational updates Preparing documents, reports, spreadsheets, and internal records Handling invoicing, payment follow-ups, and basic accounts administration Assisting with onboarding, staff administration, and internal processes Coordinating meetings, agendas, and reminders to ensure smooth operations Supporting general administrative tasks to keep the business running efficiently This role also offers the opportunity to grow within the business, take on increased responsibility over time, and develop into a more senior administrative or operations support position. What We’re Looking For: We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant who is confident working in a fast-paced, remote environment and can take ownership of daily operational support tasks. Ideal candidates will have: Previous experience in administration, executive assistance, or operations support roles Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Excellent organisational and time management abilities High attention to detail and accuracy in all work Experience managing emails, scheduling, and coordinating calendars Confidence handling client and internal communications professionally Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines independently A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently Strong reliability and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting We are looking for someone who can confidently step into the role and support the business from day one, while also growing and developing within the position.
