Are you a people person with a knack for great customer service? We’re looking for a Front Counter Customer Service Representative to join our plasterboard distribution company on the Gold Coast! About the Role: As the face of our business, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth experience for our customers. Your daily tasks will include: • Greeting and assisting customers at the front counter • Processing sales, quotes, and orders (in-person and over the phone) • Handling payments and invoicing • Assisting with stock enquiries and product advice • Coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams to fulfill orders • General administration and support duties About You: • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a busy environment • Basic computer skills (experience with invoicing/sales systems is a plus) • Knowledge of plasterboard and building materials is an advantage but not required What We Offer: • A supportive and friendly team environment • Full-time, stable employment with a reputable company 30 years on the Gold Coast • Work hours between 6:00am – 4:00pm, no weekends
