The Opportunity As CFO, you will lead all financial functions across the business, including strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, payroll governance, financial controls, and risk management. Partnering closely with the Founder & Managing Director and executive team, you will provide strategic financial advice, commercial insight, and operational guidance to strengthen business performance and support sustainable growth. What you’ll do: Lead all financial functions including strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, payroll governance, and risk management. Provide strategic financial advice, commercial insight, and operational guidance to the executive team. Oversee day-to-day finance operations, payroll, cash flow management, banking relationships, and internal controls. Monitor commercial performance across venues, events, contracts, and supplier agreements. Lead IT, procurement, and maintenance oversight to drive efficiency, cost control, and operational support. Deliver timely financial reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. What we’re looking for: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline. CPA or CA accreditation Extensive experience in senior finance leadership, ideally as a CFO or equivalent Strong background in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
