• 12-month Fixed Term Contract (potential to extend) • $125,000 – $140,000 super (dependent on experience) • CBD | 3 days office / 2 days WFH Key Details: An ASX-listed organisation is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Group Revenue Manager to lead the Accounts Receivable function while partnering closely with Sales to drive revenue performance and commercial outcomes. This is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of Finance and Sales, responsible for optimising cashflow, delivering revenue insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function • Manage and mentor a small team of AR Officers, driving performance and accountability • Partner closely with Sales to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition and client management • Own revenue reporting, forecasting and performance analysis • Deliver insights on trends, client activity and revenue drivers • Support pricing strategy and margin optimisation initiatives • Oversee debt collection processes, ensuring strong cashflow outcomes • Prepare and present reporting packs to senior leadership Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience in AR leadership or a senior AR / Credit role • Strong commercial acumen with exposure to revenue, reporting or forecasting • Experience partnering closely with Sales or operational stakeholders • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence and build relationships • Experience in an ASX-listed or fast-paced, high-volume environment highly regarded Benefits: • 12-month Fixed Term Contract with potential to extend • $125,000 – $140,000 super (dependent on experience) • CBD location with hybrid working flexibility • High-visibility role with exposure to executive leadership • Opportunity to combine operational leadership with commercial strategy • Strong, high-performing team culture • Access to a range of corporate perks and benefits How to Apply Click the link below to apply online.
