The Role Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate and timely transactional support across the organisation. Working as part of a collaborative shared services function, the Accounts Payable Officer will manage end‑to‑end payables processing while providing high‑quality support to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities End‑to‑end processing of accounts payable, including invoice validation, data entry and payment runs Vendor maintenance, reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies or outstanding balances Management of creditor journals, GST treatment and compliance with internal policies Liaising with stakeholders to resolve invoice, purchase order and payment queries Supporting continuous improvement across accounts payable processes About You Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or similar transactional finance role High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines in a high‑volume environment Confident communicator with a proactive, customer‑focused approach Comfortable working both autonomously and within a team Experience using finance systems as well as intermediate Excel skills What’s on Offer This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, purpose‑led organisation offering a supportive culture and the chance to add real value within a centralised finance function.
