This role will suit a motivated and passionate individual, who enjoys variety in their day to day duties, and is looking to work close to home in Melbourne's West! Position Description Reporting directly into the General Manager, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to: Processing supplier invoices on a daily basis Completing weekly payment runs Statement reconciliations Weekly payroll processing for 20 employees Payment of superannuation and tax Maintaining a high level of customer service when responding to employee, supplier and customer queries Ad hoc duties as required to assist the broader finance team Ideal Candidate Our client is looking for an energetic & passionate worker who can confidently complete their required tasks, and then enjoy assisting the broader finance team when required. You will have a strong attention to detail, and an excellent ability to multi-task, with prior experience in an all round accounts position. Additionally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication, and have a keen desire to join a supportive business on a long term basis!
