About the role Reporting to the Credit Manager and working within a supportive & collaborative team environment, you will be responsible for - Following up on outstanding det & overdue payments - Account reconciliations - Allocation and receipting of incoming payments - Establishing payment plans and arrangements with customers - Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Provide support to the finance team when required Ideal candidate The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Credit Officer based role as well as the following attributes: - Perfect communication skills both written and verbal - Strong understanding of credit risk policies and debt provision principles - Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills with a pro-active approach What’s of offer?
