14th April, 2026 About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join our experienced team on a permanent basis. This role offers flexibility – we welcome both full-time and part-time applicants and offer adaptable hybrid working arrangements. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside passionate Financial Advisers who are committed to delivering high-quality, tailored wealth management solutions for individuals and businesses. Your Focus As a Senior Paraplanner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by preparing compliant and presentable Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs). Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating closely with Financial Planners to develop strategy and recommendations Reviewing SOAs and ROAs Reviewing/preparing financial modelling using Financial Planning Software Preparing for client meetings and implementing post-meeting actions Attending client meetings with Financial Planners and taking minutes Performing product research, comparisons, and data analysis for strategy formulation Handling client enquiries and ad hoc tasks such as placing trades and TWAs Your Path Forward: We’re committed to your professional growth. This role offers a pathway to becoming an Associate Adviser , with structured support and mentoring to help you transition into client-facing responsibilities. You’ll receive guidance and resources towards professional development, including opportunities to contribute to thought leadership, attend industry events, training and engage with clients in meaningful ways. Alternatively, the role would also suit a career paraplanner wishing to manage and work with a small outsourced paraplanning\CSO team.
