Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will be exposed to a large variety of work in a collegiate and fast-paced environment. You will ideally have financial services experience within a regulated environment as well as strong contractual drafting and negotiation skills. Demonstrated exposure to transactions; commercial agreements; regulatory and compliance; and risk management is desirable. A keen interest in business, sound judgment, and strong relationship building skills, are essential attributes for success in the role.
