Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a qualified locksmith to join our team in a workshop-based role with scheduling and coordination responsibilities . This is an ideal position for an experienced locksmith who enjoys variety, organisation, and being a key part of daily operations. About the Role This role is primarily based in our workshop and office, with responsibilities including, but not limited to: Cutting and managing keys (residential, commercial, automotive) Pinning, rekeying, and assembling locks and cylinders Preparing jobs and materials for field technicians Scheduling daily jobs and managing the service calendar Taking customer enquiries by phone and email Allocating work to locksmiths and coordinating timeframes Supporting and mentoring apprentices Liaising with suppliers and managing workshop stock General workshop administration and quality control Occasional on-site work may be required, but predominantly this is a workshop-based role, not mobile locksmith position .
