Your new role In your new role as Workshop Controller, you’ll be responsible for: Assigning and dispatching repair orders based on priority and completion time Managing workflows using the workshop control board daily Ensuring all vehicles are ready for delivery to the customer at the agreed time Maintaining workshop efficiency by allocating work to suitably skilled Technicians Delivering an exceptional experience for our customers Leading by example and driving a positive workshop culture Most importantly, you’ll be working as part of a broader workshop team where quality, safety and teamwork matter.
