Our Angle Park engineering workshop is seeking a hands-on tradesperson to become a key part of our small, productive team. This is not just a machine operator role — it is an opportunity to be trained, take on responsibility, and grow into a trusted right-hand person in the workshop. We specialise in manual machining, precision grinding, metal spray work, welding, and general engineering. Experience in these areas is highly regarded, with general engineering particularly valued for this position, but we are also open to training the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. This role will suit someone who wants more than just day-to-day machine work. You'll be involved in important workshop tasks, supported to build your skills, and given the chance to develop into a valued and important member of the team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, physically fit, and comfortable in a busy hands-on environment. The role does require moderate lifting ability as part of the physical demands of workshop operations. Good attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and have a genuine interest in engineering are essential. If you want to be part of a workshop where you can learn, contribute, and grow into a more senior role, we'd like to hear from you. Apply now with your resume and details about your background and interest in the role. Flexible hours may be available for the right applicant and candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
