This position will support the development and management of contracts, including individual funding plans, policies, and community-based support initiatives. You will play a key role in monitoring contract performance, ensuring compliance, and contributing to reporting and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage low-risk community services contracts, including reviews, variations, and meetings Review funding plans and acquittals in line with relevant guidelines Prepare briefing notes and assist with project work Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders Manage a shared mailbox and coordinate correspondence Undertake administrative tasks including filing, records management, and system updates Support procurement activities including tender documentation and evaluation Contribute to policy, standards, and process development Prepare reports and provide advice as required About You Experience in contract management or program support roles Familiarity with TRIM/Content Manager (or ability to quickly learn) Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Requirements A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one Please apply with your resume and a brief summary of your relevant experience for the position and address it to Kim Siddle.
