Pacer Legal is a law firm in West Perth specialising in agribusiness, with practice areas encompassing general commercial and property matters, civil litigation, asset protection and estate planning. We currently have an Office Manager position available, either full time or part time. Duties and Responsibilities Managing the administration team Onboarding of new staff Managing our IT equipment and being the first point of contact with our IT company Maintaining our precedents database, including updating precedents when requested and adding new precedents as required Assisting with file management, formatting and preparing documents Maintaining Legal Practice Management Software Developing policies and procedures Liaising with clients (including answering telephone enquiries) General administrative duties Requirements Experience in using Actionstep would be advantageous and highly regarded Exceptional time management and organisational skills along with the ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency with general IT queries Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
