The Opportunity Based in our Osborne Park office, your focus will be a mix of proactive customer care and reactive support to ensure our customers continue enjoying clean and healthy water. You're key priorities will include: Proactively reaching out to existing customers when their filters are due, identifying opportunities, and closing the renewal to secure their ongoing business. Guiding our customers from their initial inquiry through to successful resolution. Processing payments accurately and securely. Supporting the inventory team to coordinate and confirm the on-time delivery of filter replacements. Maintaining data integrity by accurately managing customer information across a range of systems. About you We're looking for a new team member who genuinely loves helping people, has a natural conversational flair, and thrives on being organised. You'll be a perfect fit if: You are comfortable reaching out to existing customers and guiding them to the right solution. You're a clear, friendly, and professional communicator , whether you're on a call, writing an email, or sending a text. You believe that getting the small things right is crucial and you pride yourself on your accuracy. While direct experience with CRMs or payment systems is a big plus, your ability to quickly learn new systems is what truly matters.
