Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Communicating with owners, councils, contractors, and service providers. Preparing and managing budgets and financial reports. Chairing general and council meetings. Leading Annual General Meetings and ensuring follow-up is handled efficiently. Managing the recovery of outstanding levies. Responding to phone, email, and in-person queries with professionalism. Taking on various tasks as needed to ensure client satisfaction. Skills and Experience We Value: Experience in strata management or assistant strata management (property managers welcome to apply). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in strata management or assistant strata management is required. Strong customer service focus and relationship management skills. Working knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and Regulations . Confident communicator – both written and verbal. Experience with Property IQ is a plus, but not essential – we'll train you. Strong digital and financial literacy – particularly around budgeting and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset. A team player who can problem-solve and adapt when the unexpected crops up. Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
