Mills Recruitment is supporting a valued client in the mining services space in their search for a Contracts/Commercial Administrator to join the team in the Perth area. Responsibilities will include: Supporting vendor onboarding and supplier setup processes Managing documentation, compliance and contract records Assisting with the implementation and administration of a contract management system Reviewing supplier terms & conditions and commercial documentation Preparing and coordinating future tender and sourcing packages Maintaining accurate contract registers, databases and reporting Providing general commercial and administrative support to the broader team About You Minimum of 3 years experience in a contracts administration role within mining or mining services Relevant tertiary qualification are desirable, such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial or Law.
