An exciting position has become available at our Professionals real estate office based in Osborne Park. It would be ideal for someone looking for an introduction into property management, a new challenge and/or a change of direction if they have previously been in an assistant or admin position. Primarily the role will add support to the Residential leasing department as well as assisting with routine and final inspections, home opens and maintenance requests. There will be plenty of room for growth within the role and you will always be 100% supported. Some experience in property management would be preferred but is not essential for this position. The right person will need to be self driven, take pride in their work and enjoy working in a team environment. You will also need to have your own reliable vehicle for work use. A current real estate licence is preferable and a "can do" attitude is essential. Applicants must hold Australian permanent residency status. The role is full time Monday to Friday 9-5pm and is based in Osborne Park. Plenty of free parking is available right outside. If it's time for a change this could be just right!
