We’re looking for energetic Retail Sales Consultants to represent a globally recognised technology brand - Intel across major Australian retailers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail environments, enjoys influencing purchase decisions, and wants to be the go-to tech expert in-store. About the Role As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of a popular, household-name tech brand within leading retail stores such as JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, and Officeworks. Your focus will be driving direct-to-consumer sales, building strong relationships with store teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge. You’ll play a key role in: Engaging shoppers and influencing purchase decisions Driving sales performance and brand advocacy Educating retail staff on product features and benefits Supporting in-store campaigns, merchandising, and promotions Providing feedback and insights from the retail floor Key Responsibilities Proactively engage customers to drive sales and conversion Deliver outstanding customer service and product demonstrations Represent the brand professionally in-store Build strong relationships with store staff and management Train retail teams on the brand’s product range Maintain visual merchandising standards and displays Complete shift reporting and provide sales insights Attend regular team meetings and comply with operational requirements About You Passionate about technology, computers, and consumer electronics Retail sales or brand ambassador experience (tech preferred) Confident communicator who can influence and engage customers Sales-driven with a natural ability to close Well-presented, energetic, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently in a retail environment Full Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle Ability to work part-time hours working Thursday EVENINGs, Fridays & Saturdays If you love tech, enjoy talking to people, and want to represent a brand customers already trust – we’d love to hear from you.
