About the Role This is a hybrid role combining business development and sales administration, ideal for someone who enjoys both building relationships and keeping operations running smoothly. Based in our Balcatta office, you will support the Regional Sales & Business Development Manager and wider Sales Team to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and ensure seamless processing of sales activities from enquiry through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Support regional sales activities, including customer engagement and visits Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets Sales Administration & Coordination Provide first-level product support and escalate complex queries where required Process sales orders, purchase orders, and payments accurately Manage customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner Prepare quotes and maintain pipelines in line with ERP processes Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, and Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment About You You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing sales support with relationship building. Skills & Experience: Experience in sales, business development, or sales administration, ideally within safety, technology, medical devices or industrial sectors.
