About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic and commercially driven State Sales Manager to lead our WA/SA region . This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, growing market share, and building strong customer partnerships across the construction and building solutions industry. As a key member of the Australian sales leadership team, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team while working cross-functionally to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer outcomes Design and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners Identify new business opportunities and expand presence across engineered products, automation, software, and services Use data and insights to deliver accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis Partner with internal teams (marketing, engineering, CX, software, services) to deliver integrated customer solutions Act as a brand ambassador in your region, representing the business at customer engagements and industry events What You Bring Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within construction, timber, engineering, or related industries Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies Demonstrated success in building long-term customer relationships at senior levels Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools Why Join Us?
