Position Overview The National Account Manager at TVH is responsible for the strategic management, performance, and growth of assigned key accounts. This role plays a critical function in strengthening client relationships, ensuring operational alignment, and delivering commercial outcomes in line with TVH’s business objectives. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer , this position requires a proactive and commercially astute professional who can effectively manage stakeholder expectations while driving continuous improvement across service delivery. Key Responsibilities Key Account Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Lead monthly contract meetings and ensure all contractual obligations are met Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information across CRM and SharePoint platforms Ensure asset data integrity and reporting is delivered in line with client expectations Coordinate and issue annual Life Cycling Reports in collaboration with Operations teams Proactively manage outstanding works including upgrades, variations, quotes, and customer work orders Ensure planned maintenance schedules are developed a minimum of five (5) days prior to the commencement of each month Financial & Commercial Management Support financial performance across key accounts, including revenue and margin outcomes Work closely with the TVH Finance team to ensure aged debt is actively managed within agreed payment terms Escalate and facilitate resolution of accounts exceeding 60 days Ensure contractual price adjustments (CPI/LVI) are applied in accordance with agreements Contribute to forecasting and pipeline development activities Operational Alignment Collaborate with state-based Operations teams to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery Streamline communication channels to enhance information flow and reduce inefficiencies Support prioritisation and resolution of aged jobs, WIP, and outstanding service items Assist with contract mobilisation, ensuring clear transition to business-as-usual operations within 6–12 months Develop and hand over structured contract management plans upon completion of mobilisation Business Development Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts Focus on key vertical markets including commercial property, retail, and education Support preparation and submission of proposals, quotes, and contract variations in line with Delegation of Authority (DOA) Performance & Governance Establish, monitor, and report on key account KPIs (including RM, CM, FF & PM) Conduct monthly onsite Quality Work Observations (QWO) and Safety Work Observations (SWO) Prepare and present monthly reports on account performance and business development activities Provide oversight and guidance to Account Managers where applicable Authority Stop work where activities are deemed unsafe and ensure appropriate action is taken Engage national resources to support customer and commercial outcomes Forecast ongoing work and contribute to revenue planning Prepare and submit quotations within delegated authority limits About You Demonstrated experience in a similar industry-related role or progression from an internal management position Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage financial, operational, and client outcomes Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capability High level of organisation, attention to detail, and accountability Ability to operate effectively across multiple teams and priorities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Non-Negotiables Strict adherence to safety standards and reporting of all incidents Compliance with TVH business processes and governance frameworks Active management of aged debt and customer KPIs Consistent delivery of high-quality communication to both clients and internal stakeholders Appropriate and compliant use of company-issued resources Why Join TVH Opportunity to manage and grow key national accounts Collaborative, performance-driven culture Exposure to diverse industries and complex service environments Ongoing professional development and career progression Apply Now If you are a results-driven professional seeking to contribute to a high-performing team, we encourage you to apply via SEEK.
