This exciting role is central to the delivery of the Transition to Work program. As a Youth Peer Mentor, you will build strong and positive relationships with young participants, supporting them to engage in education, training and employment pathways. You will provide a voice for young people in the design of the services they receive, while creating meaningful community connections that strengthen their opportunities for the future. You will be a person-centered, engaging and empathetic mentor who is passionate about working alongside young people. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will empower participants to overcome challenges, celebrate their strengths and achieve their goals.
