We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our Transbeam sales function. This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and building a high-performing sales team. What you’ll be doing: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Sales team across sales and estimation functions Drive sales performance, ensuring individual and team targets are achieved Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to business growth objectives Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams Work closely with the General Manager to align sales strategy with operational capacity Oversee estimation and pricing activities to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and margin control Analyse sales performance, identify trends, and implement improvements Collaborate with operations, production, supply chain, and finance to deliver on customer commitments Improve sales processes, systems, and CRM capability to enhance visibility and efficiency What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a sales leadership role within manufacturing, steel processing, or industrial environments Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, margins, and customer outcomes Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams Experience driving process improvement and implementing structured sales systems Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Desirable: Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools Understanding of estimation, pricing, and cost drivers in manufacturing Experience with Epicor and Primecut or equivalent Why Join Us?
