What you’ll be doing No two days are the same - your role will include a mix of operational HR, project work and people-focused support: Building and analysing employee lifecycle feedback to help shape retention initiatives and support better people decisions Assisting with regular and ad-hoc HR reporting Drafting, reviewing and maintaining HR documentation such as policies, procedures and position descriptions Supporting blue-collar and white-collar recruitment during peak periods Providing advice and guidance to leaders on performance management, disciplinary and employee relations matters (with support and escalation where needed) Assisting with immigration-related requirements, including visa coordination Getting involved in ad-hoc HR projects and tasks that keep things interesting About you You’re organised, approachable and confident in a generalist HR role, and you enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
