The People & Safety division is undergoing a period of optimisation and transformation, with a strong focus on improving systems, analytics, and workforce insights to support better decision-making and service delivery. The Role We are seeking a Systems and Insights Specialist to act as the dedicated analytics and systems expert within the People & Safety Optimisation team. You will play a key role in shaping how workforce data is captured, interpreted, and used—ensuring insights are accurate, accessible, and actionable. Working at the intersection of People & Safety and Technology, you will optimise systems (including ServiceNow HRSD), enhance reporting capability, and drive continuous improvement across people-related processes. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics solutions Analyse people, safety, and workforce trends to identify risks and opportunities Deliver high-quality ad hoc reporting and scalable reporting frameworks Optimise and enhance People & Safety systems, including ServiceNow HRSD Support workflow design, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation and simplification opportunities Act as a key liaison between People & Safety and Technology teams Ensure strong data governance, privacy, and compliance in all reporting outputs Contribute to improving user experience and adoption of systems and tools You You are a data-driven systems thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and improving how organisations use information. You bring experience in analytics, systems support, or business analysis within a complex environment and are confident working with enterprise platforms.
