Your new role As a Test Lead / Senior Test Analyst, you will take full ownership of testing activities across large, highly integrated solutions. From day one, you will work autonomously while collaborating with agile, cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality outcomes.Key responsibilities include: Taking end-to-end ownership of all testing deliverables in a proactive and self-sufficient manner Leading complex testing activities across enterprise-scale, integrated solutions Creating, executing, and documenting functional, non-functional, business acceptance, and regression test cases Producing comprehensive test deliverables including: Master Test Plans Detailed Test Plans Test Summary Reports Test Incident (Defect) Reports Test Cases, Scenarios, and Traceability Matrices Formulating robust test plans and guiding project teams to achieve agreed objectives Working within agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint ceremonies and delivery milestones Managing defect life cycles including logging, tracking, triage, and reporting using JIRA Using JIRA and Zephyr for test case creation and execution, dashboard reporting, traceability, and defect management Reporting testing progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and concisely to program teams and stakeholders. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and quality assurance best practices Undertaking hands-on testing prior to UAT facilitation and supporting business sign-off What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience leading and delivering testing activities in high-pressure environments Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report on testing outcomes and product quality Proven accountability for test planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and delivery timelines Ability to monitor, measure, control, and report testing progress, quality metrics, and completion status to management Strong ability to work independently, manage priorities, and balance competing demands Hands-on experience delivering: Functional Testing Non-Functional Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) End-to-End (E2E) Testing Regression Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Experience writing and executing test cases across System Testing, E2E, and UAT phases Experience in UI and cross-browser testing Strong collaboration skills across product, systems, and service teams, with the ability to identify process improvements to enhance test effectiveness and efficiency What you'll get in return Long-term 6 month contract in Adelaide CBD Full-time engagement with a high-profile program Opportunity to lead testing on complex, enterprise-scale solutions Collaborative team environment with strong delivery focus Competitive daily rate commensurate with experience What you need to do now Please share your CV at sourabh.kumar@hays.com.au If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
