Delivery Management Office (DMO/PMO) Analyst Your new company A respected Higher Education organisation is seeking an experienced ICT Delivery Management Office (DMO / PMO) Analyst to provide operational and analytical support across a diverse ICT project portfolio. This role plays a key part in enabling effective PMO reporting, governance, and tooling, ensuring consistency, data quality, and adherence to standards across delivery teams. Your new role Working closely with Project Managers and PMO leadership, you will support the day-to-day operation of the DMO/PMO function. You will help maintain reporting accuracy, support governance processes, and ensure portfolio data remains reliable and fit for purpose.Key Responsibilities Produce and maintain regular project and portfolio reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery Provide PPM system administration, including data entry, updates, and basic configuration to support reporting and governance requirements Support Project Managers with reporting, templates, and adherence to PMO standards and frameworks Coordinate governance activities, including documentation, tracking of actions, risks, issues, and follow-ups Monitor and maintain data quality across projects, following up with Project Managers to ensure compliance with PMO expectations Support onboarding of new Project Managers and assist with recruitment coordination activities as required What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised and detail-focused, with a strong interest in project governance and portfolio reporting.You will demonstrate: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Excellent organisational, coordination, and time management skills Working knowledge of project delivery frameworks Experience using PPM or project reporting tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or Microsoft Project A collaborative approach, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders across delivery teams What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV. 2992891
