Location: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane (3 positions available) About the Role We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Assistants (CRAMs) to support our Client Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional service across our business verticals: Employee Plans, Share Registry and Investor Relations. This is an early-career opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in client relationship management within financial services. Working closely with experienced Client Relationship Managers, you will gain hands-on exposure to client portfolio management, stakeholder coordination and end-to-end service delivery. Over time, and with demonstrated capability, this role offers a clear pathway toward progression into a Client Relationship Manager position. In this role, you will support the management of client relationships by understanding, anticipating and responding to client needs. You will play a key part in ensuring projects and deliverables are executed accurately, securely and on time, while maintaining high service standards across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Client Focus Support Client Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of clients proactively Communicate clearly and effectively across internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client outcomes Anticipate client needs and identify solutions before issues arise Ensure all client deliverables are accurate, secure and delivered within agreed timeframes Operational Delivery Coordinate projects and tasks across departments and business verticals Identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery Maintain strong quality control and accountability for assigned tasks Assist in managing both internal and external stakeholders Support the delivery of print and mail campaigns Assist in planning and preparation for client Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including on-site support where required Prepare client reports (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly) Support invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely billing Contribute to the rollout of AI initiatives and collaboration with global operational teams Ensure operational controls and governance frameworks are adhered to at all times Governance & Compliance Ensure all activities comply with MUFG policies and regulatory requirements Support clients in navigating regulatory obligations and contractual terms About You You are proactive, organised and eager to develop your career in client relationship management. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift and enjoy learning from experienced professionals.
