About the Role: WA Limestone is currently looking for a Full-Time Goods Inwards Superstar to join our team in Bibra Lake. As the first point of contact for goods received and dispatched from our workshop, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory. Unload deliveries, ensure goods are recorded accurately and received in good condition. Verify orders against delivery dockets and freight notes. Safely package materials, ensuring items are secure and correctly labelled for dispatch. Safely operate a forklift to load and unload materials/ goods onto commercial vehicles. Report discrepancies in goods received and update dispatch notes accordingly. Manage tooling, repairs, and inventory schedules, updating trackers and spreadsheets. Organize workshop inventory efficiently and conduct periodic audits. Foster strong relationships with workshop staff, suppliers, and trades. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist the workshop team with related tasks as required. About you: Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is highly regarded. Hold a valid Australian Manual Driver’s Licence; HR Licence is an advantage. Forklift ticket is ESSENTIAL . Knowledge of Pronto / Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to perform manual labour tasks.
