We’re seeking an organised, driven & detail-ortiented Tender Coordinator to join our Canning Vale Team, playing a pivotal role in our growth & success. Working closely with the sales, support and leadership teams, you will coordinate all contracts & tenders, ensuring timely, professional and compelling submissions. This role suits someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and quality to documentation and processes. What you'll be doing: Coordinate the end-to-end tender process from opportunity identification through to submission. Review tender documentation and develop submission plans, timelines, and responsibilities. Draft, edit and format high-quality tender responses and supporting documentation. Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational and commercial inputs. Ensure compliance with tender requirements, specifications, and contractual terms. Maintain a library of standard responses, templates, and supporting materials. Track tender outcomes and provide reporting and insights to leadership. Support post-submission clarifications and contract documentation where required. To succeed in this role, you will have: Previous experience in tender coordination, bid writing or contract development. Experience working in the Industrial sector or broad range distribution will be highly regarded. Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail. An excellent ability building relationships and working in a team. Deadline-driven with the ability to prioritise tasks.
