Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution centre, ensuring warehouse, logistics, and stock management activities run safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring you to actively support daily warehouse activities while driving productivity, stock accuracy, and service performance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch Lead and coordinate the warehouse team, including workforce planning and performance management Maintain stock accuracy, including stocktakes and cycle counts Ensure compliance with WHS and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements Oversee dispatch and delivery performance to meet DIFOT targets Identify and implement operational improvements and cost efficiencies Maintain plant, equipment, and safe warehouse operations Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience managing warehouse or distribution centre operations Strong leadership and team management capability Hands-on approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Relevant qualification in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience) WHS knowledge, Forklift Licence and Driver’s Licence Chain of Responsibility (CoR) knowledge preferred Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at HudsonHudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
