Full time/Part time Pinjarra Bakery – Bibra Lake Pinjarra Bakery is looking for an experienced Distribution Manager to lead warehouse and delivery operations at our Bibra Lake bakehouse. This is a key role responsible for ensuring our products are distributed efficiently across our retail network each day. If you enjoy running a well-organised warehouse, leading a team and keeping operations moving smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity. The Role You’ll be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and managing a team of warehouse staff and delivery drivers to ensure accurate and timely dispatch. Key responsibilities include: Managing warehouse staff and delivery drivers Coordinating daily dispatch and delivery schedules Monitoring inbound and outbound goods Maintaining stock control and inventory accuracy Ensuring warehouse operations meet WHS requirements Supporting rostering, workflow planning and operational improvements Working closely with production to align dispatch with output Other duties as required within the scope of the role This is a hands-on leadership role , so you’ll be working alongside the team to keep operations running smoothly. About You You will ideally bring: Experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution management Strong leadership skills and team management experience Good understanding of inventory control and dispatch operations Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment Forklift licence (required) HR driver’s licence (required) Why Join Pinjarra Bakery?
