Ecoblue, Australia’s leading manufacturer and supplier of AdBlue®, is on the lookout for an experienced Fleet Manager to join its team based out of the Canning Vale branch in WA. Reporting to GM, the Fleet Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of our fleet function, ensuring best practice maintenance standards, cost control, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with drivers, workshop providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards. Fleet & Maintenance Management: Lead and coordinate all fleet repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance activities Develop and implement maintenance schedules, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure fleet and heavy equipment remain safe, dependable, and operational Manage telematic systems, general maintenance, compliance, defect reporting, and driver close-outs Maintain accurate servicing, inspection, and maintenance records Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and coordinate corrective actions Oversee tyre management and supplier contract performance Manage forklift and company vehicle registrations and servicing Monitor maintenance costs and provide recommendations on fleet utilisation and replacement strategies Establish and negotiate preferred supplier agreements across multiple states Ensure compliance with National Heavy Vehicle Regulator Support audits, implement corrective actions, and maintain compliance documentation Maintain and audit driver logbooks and compliance records Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a contemporary fleet within a medium to large-scale operation Transport or logistics industry background (preferred) Strong budget management and maintenance cost control experience Experience conducting cost–benefit analysis for fleet decisions Strong stakeholder management skills Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience operating within high-risk environments Proficiency with telematics systems Strong understanding of NHVR, OHS, and industry compliance legislation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Truck licence – Advantageous Sound knowledge of heavy vehicle and equipment maintenance requirements Analytical and problem-solving mindset If you believe that you meet our current requirements and you are ready to take on your next challenge, please send us your updated resume by clicking APPLY.
