We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised Administrative Assistant to join our Melbourne office full-time, in person. You’ll be part of our busy Disputes team, working alongside supportive Legal Assistants and gaining hands‑on experience in a top-tier global firm. Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:15pm Location: Melbourne office (full-time on-site) Role type: Permanent full-time What You'll Be Doing Every day will bring something new! You'll be: Keeping things running smoothly by managing competing tasks and deadlines Helping the team with matter management, time recording and monthly billing Pitching in with business development tasks and helping organise client/team events Handling scanning, printing, photocopying and general document support Supporting day to day office needs like processing mail, booking rooms, managing expenses, and updating documents What We’re Looking For You’ll fit right in if you’re someone who: Has administrative experience in a professional setting Has great attention to detail and pride in doing things well Is confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Brings a can-do attitude and enjoys helping others Can handle busy workloads and stay organised Communicates clearly and builds positive working relationships Is curious about new tech and open to learning, even better if you’re excited about AI!
