About the Opportunity Reporting to the Director, Key Responsibilities include the following: Provide high level administration support across a range of areas. Develop processes to ensure assigned actions & business tasks are completed across regions and globally. Manage calenders, appointments, schedules & travel arrangements on a regular basis. Create & edit documents, spreadsheets & presentations, prepare reports, meeting minutes & expense reports. Initiate purchase requisitions and purchase orders to monitor completion & track expenditures against forecasts & budgets. Effectively liaise with internal & external key stakeholders. About You You will have the following skills & experience: Sound experience in a large corporate organisation. Strong experience in multitasking, time management & meeting deadlines. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), SAP, Workday & Sharepoint. Well developed communication & interpersonal skills. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
