The Opportunity The Executive Assistant provides executive and project support in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You'll keep priorities moving by managing schedules, correspondence, meetings and events, while applying sound judgment to what matters most. As a proactive self-starter, you'll also coordinate projects and help embed effective systems, rhythms and ways of working that enable the team to perform at its best. What you will deliver Provide high-level executive and administrative support, including diary management, correspondence, reporting, meetings, invoices and records management. Coordinate information, systems and workflows, ensuring quality, timeliness, governance and effective project and issue support. Build strong relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration, professionalism and a positive team culture. What you will bring Proven experience providing confidential executive support in complex, fast-paced environments with competing priorities. Proactive, collaborative and inclusive, with strong interpersonal skills supporting whole-of-function coordination. Excellent written communication skills, producing high-quality correspondence, reports and strong analytical capability. Strong systems knowledge, including diary, document and financial management, with advanced MS 365 skills; PowerBI desirable.
