Job Description We’re looking for two highly organised and proactive Team Administrators to support two separate business teams at Colliers (Investment Services & Tenant Advisory). In these roles, you’ll be central to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations—coordinating campaigns, supporting financial processes, organising meetings, and helping deliver exceptional client service. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love being the reliable “go‑to” person who keeps everything running seamlessly, these opportunities are for you. Across both roles, you will: Prepare high‑quality property reports, submissions, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. Support campaign and marketing activities using tools such as InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint; liaise with suppliers and external agencies. Coordinate meetings, events, team calendars, and internal communications, ensuring strong client and stakeholder engagement. Handle billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and other financial administration, ensuring compliance and timely processing. Maintain SharePoint libraries, proposal templates, and other key team documentation. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, and enhance operational efficiency.
